Built in Jubail.
For the Kingdom.

ICCL — Instrumentation & Controls Co. Ltd. — was established as the Kingdom's first dedicated manufacturer of instrument tube fittings and valves. A pioneering project conceived to localize critical industrial supply, the company began producing inside Jubail Industrial City and has since grown into a full-spectrum instrumentation valve manufacturer.

Today, ICCL operates as a subsidiary of Precision Global, combining a global engineering pedigree with a deep, on-the-ground understanding of how the Kingdom's energy and process industries actually work. Every valve we ship leaves a Saudi factory — designed, machined, assembled, hydro-tested and certified in Jubail.

The result is a manufacturer that contractors specify with confidence, end users trust on critical service, and the Vision 2030 supply chain is built around. We are aligned with IKTVA objectives, support Saudization in skilled engineering roles, and contribute to the Kingdom's localization of high-precision industrial manufacturing.

Our Jubail facility runs the entire valve life cycle in-house — from forging and CNC machining to assembly, hydrostatic testing, certification, marking and packing. That control is the difference between a 4-week lead time from a Kingdom factory and a 16-week wait for a container from overseas.
