Engineered to mount directly on every major DP and pressure transmitter — Rosemount, Yokogawa, Honeywell, Emerson, Endress+Hauser. Manufactured and pressure-tested in Jubail, KSA.
A manifold valve consolidates the isolation, equalisation and venting functions needed by a pressure or differential pressure (DP) transmitter into a single compact body. Instead of plumbing three or five separate valves into the impulse lines, the manifold bolts straight to the transmitter — one assembly, one mount, one source of truth for material certs.
The result: faster hook-up, tighter footprint, fewer leak paths, and a defined service procedure for calibration, zero-checks and start-up. Standard configurations are 2-valve (gauge / static pressure), 3-valve (DP transmitter — block, block, equalize) and 5-valve (DP transmitter with vent and additional block-and-bleed).
Each configuration is offered with NPT, BSPT, BSPP or socket-weld process ends, and IEC 61518 transmitter flange — so it lands on whatever your specification calls for.
One block valve plus one vent / test valve. Mounts on single-port pressure gauges and static pressure transmitters. The simplest manifold in the line — and the workhorse of any well-instrumented plant.
Two block valves plus one equalize valve. The standard hook-up for differential pressure transmitters: isolate both impulse lines, equalize for zero-check, then re-open in the correct sequence to protect the diaphragm.
Two blocks, two vents, one equalize. Adds individual vent & bleed valves to each impulse line — for in-place calibration, sample-out and instrument removal without breaking process containment. Often specified for hazardous, sour, or critical service.
Every ICCL manifold is offered in three mounting variants. Specify in your RFQ — we ship with the correct adapter, gasket and mounting bolts.
Manifold bolts straight to the transmitter via IEC 61518 flange pattern. Eliminates impulse piping, reduces leak paths, and is the lowest-cost installation.
Manifold installed away from the transmitter — connected by impulse tubing. Used where the transmitter must be located away from heat, vibration or hazardous zones.
Direct mount with siphon / pigtail accessory for steam services. Combines compactness of direct mount with thermal protection for the transmitter diaphragm.
ICCL manifolds use the IEC 61518 bolting pattern with standard 54 mm impulse-line spacing — meaning they fit virtually every DP and pressure transmitter sold into the Kingdom. Specific cross-references on request.
Don't see your transmitter? Send the model number — we'll confirm fit and ship the right adapter.
All ICCL manifolds ship with EN 10204 3.1 material certificates as standard. Higher-grade documentation (3.2, NACE, PMI) available on request.
Every transmitter on the plant has a manifold beneath it. We supply the Kingdom's largest energy and process operators — and the EPC contractors building the next wave of giga-projects.
Orifice plate, Venturi and wedge flow meters across hydrocarbon and utility services.
Distillation column, separator and storage tank level via DP measurement.
Static pressure transmitters on flare headers, fuel gas, instrument air systems.
Metering skids — tight-shutoff manifolds for fiscal-grade flow computer hook-ups.
100% manufactured in Jubail. Zero import lead time, full IKTVA score.
Pre-qualified per 09-SAMSS-097 / 098. Documentation done right.
IEC 61518 flange — fits Rosemount, Yokogawa, Honeywell, Emerson, every major OEM.
SS316 standards ex-stock. Exotic alloys typically 4–6 weeks.
We standardised on ICCL 3-valve manifolds across two refinery upgrade projects. The IEC 61518 fitment is dimensionally perfect — every Rosemount transmitter mounts first-time, no shimming, no tubing.
